Private Lessons
Anyone any age can learn to swim. We offer private lessons for adults or children ages 4 and up wanting individual attention in swim instruction at any level. Lesson day and times are set up for your convenience.
Fee: (non-member) $30/half-hour; (member discounted) $20/half-hour

Joints in Motion
A water exercise program for those suffering from range of motion or flexibility problems. Taught by a certified arthritis instructor. Class held in the shallow end of the pool.
Monday, 1-2 pm, July 7 - August 18 (7 wks.)
Wednesday, 1-2 pm, July 9 - August 20 (7 wks.)
Fee: $25 member, $30 non-member


Aquaerobics
A full hour of water exercise set to music. Forty minutes of non-stop aerobics using water to provide resistance. Non-impact workout with a strength workout for upper and lower body, as well as for abdominals.
Monday, 9 - 10 am


Hydro-fit
An excellent aerobic, strength and cross-training program. The water supports your body weight, reducing stress and injury to joints while increasing resistance to movement and muscle fiber recruitment for maximal fat burning. High intensity, low impact, using buoyancy/drag equipment to increase intensity and resistance for toning and strength. Students do not need strong swimming skills, but should be comfortable in the water.

Senior Adult Water Exercise
Exercise, feel great and be with friends. An excellent all body, 45-minute workout set to music.
Wednesday, 11- 11:45am


Water Walking
The addition of buoyancy and water resistance in an exercise regimen. You will be taught proper technique, variation of movement and endurance training. For everyone comfortable in deep water with the assistance of a flotation belt.
Tuesday, 9 - 10am


Aqua Challenge
A full hour of non-stop aerobics set to music, with the emphasis on endurance and strength training, for both upper and lower body.
Friday, 9 - 10am


Aqua Dynamics
Instructor's choice of class style. Come prepared to work hard and have fun. Wednesday, 9 - 10am

Aqua Combo
Start with 30 minutes in the shallow end, finish with 30 minutes in the deep end. Instructor's choice on equipment used.

Water Pilates
Improve strength and flexibility. This class promotes better postural alignment and balance.

Silversplash®
SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun in shallow water to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
