Situated on both floors, our Fitness Center provides a unique environment for all of our members to work out in two ample spaces.
UPPER LEVEL - Aerobic Conditioning Equipment
This room offers more than 60 pieces of Cardiovascular Equipment. We have Precor Treadmills, Ellipticals, Adaptive Motion Trainers, Steppers, Upright and Recumbment Bikes, Cybex Arc Trainers, Expresso Bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, Schwinn Airdynes, Stepmills, and a different and dynamic combination of the latest SciFit Equipment. We also have private viewing screens from Cardio Theater on 90% of all our equipment, plus 9 big flat screens mounted on the walls.
Fitness Instructors are available to give instructional orientation sessions on cardiovascular equipment either on a walk-in basis or with a scheduled appointment.

LOWER LEVEL - Strength Training Equipment and Free Weights
We offer two complete full-body Cybex circuits for a total body workout. We provide a variety of Olympic bars and benches, dumbbells ranging from 2 lbs. up to 120 lbs, plate-loaded Cybex equipment, and over 7,000 lbs. of weight plates. We also have resist-a-balls, medicine balls, BOSUS, discs, stability foams and bands available for a variety of different exercises.
Cybex circuits and free weight orientations are scheduled on the hour by appointment, allowing 45 minutes to an hour for completion per circuit. Fitness Instructors are available to give assistance and demonstrate proper form and technique for your safety and an efficient workout during the Fitness Center's operating hours.
12 - 14 Year Olds
With proper orientation and a clearance letter from your primary physician, our young members can use the Fitness Center during the following hours. Any other time, they must be in training with a personal trainer or accompanied by a parent.
