Feeling stressed out? Tight or sore? Out of sorts or unbalanced? Working too hard? Treat yourself to a healing arts session! Healing arts are an important and integral component of health and wellness. More than a luxury, these sessions will soothe away the stress and strain of everyday living. Our skilled therapists bring a wealth of training and life experience and all modalities are designed to cultivate deep relaxation and balance.

MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for therapeutic effect. Our nationally certified therapists employ a wide range of hands-on techniques which can help to reduce and prevent stress and tension as well as to ease discomfort of injuries or chronic conditions. Massage is helpful in the treatment of headaches, back and neck pain, athletic injuries, bursitis, sciatica, tendonitis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, face and jaw syndrome (TMJ), insomnia and cleansing the body of toxins.
