JCC Rochester Fitness on Facebook Does your body need a jump start, tune up, tone up or extreme makeover? This is a great time to commit to a new whole you! Whether you are striving to lose weight, reach better sport specific conditioning or are just tired of your current fitness regime, our highly qualified staff can help you achieve your goals. Our nationally certified trainers will take into account your past and present workout and health history when developing your individualized program.
An initial 1-hour consultation is required
and will include:

Body Composition Test
Body composition measures your lean body mass as compared to your fat mass to give you a total body composition profile. Assessments are performed by certified personal trainers, and a printed report of results is available the next day. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments or you will be charged for your session.

Half Hour Personal Training Session
Short on time? Need to turn you fitness program up a notch? Meet with a trainer for 30 minutes to manipulate and change your exercise plan.
