Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, visualization, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, and yoga can help you activate this relaxation reponse.
All yoga and pilates* classes are free to JCC members.
*There is a fee for Pilates Reformer classes.

Semi-private (2 person) sessions (Participants are responsible for finding a partner prior to booking session):

3 sessions - $96 JCC Member, $126 Non Member
5 sessions - $150 JCC Member, $200 Non Member
