The Wonderful Thing About Water ... Natural Resistance With No Impact
Dive into our 25 yard, heated swimming pool with lifeguard on duty. With exercise classes, lap swim and open pool time this is the place where you can do cardiovascular work, toning and stretching without even breaking a sweat!

LOTS of fun in shallow water to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. A SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

A full hour of water exercise set to music. 40 minutes of non-stop aquaerobics using water to provide resistance. The last 20 minutes of dance for a unique blend of aerobics and dance in the water.

This low impact workout will challenge those who need to get into shape, have arthritis, or have had joint problems. This class incorporates low cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and balance work.

Add the resistance of water to your spinning. Includes warm-up, high-intensity spin, cool down and stretch all in 45 minutes. This is a great 30 minute cardio work-out. Must wear water shoes to take this class. Class is limited to 11 bikes.

Spend 25 minutes on the Aqua spin bike, 25 minutes of deep water aerobics and finish with 10 minutes of pilates and streching. Must wear aqua shoes.

Enjoy a mix of various body conditioning formats, including circuit training, pilates, and fat burning moves. The class includes the use of equipment and time in the deep water.
