TRX Training

TRX Suspension Training® was created by a Navy SEAL to stay in peak condition while on missions where conventional fitness equipment was not available. Because of its effectiveness it is becoming the functional training system of choice for elite units of every branch of the Armed Forces. The TRX's effectiveness and versatility as the ultimate bodyweight exercise tool has pushed it far beyond the realm of the battlefield and into the JCC. The benefits of Suspension Training workouts are not just applicable to the performance elites; they are relevant for everyone who seeks a method to safely and rapidly improve fitness.

TRX Rip Training® utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.

Weekly classes

Starting July 1, classes are free and open to all members who purchased a class pass in 2014.  All other members are welcome to attend free classes after completing a 6 week intro series. Classes include workouts on the TRX Suspension and the NEW Rip trainers. .

6 Week Intro Sessions

Members who are new to TRX training must complete a 6 week intro session before attending the FREE weekly classes.  We are offering 2 classes this summer to get you in great shape!
