Core Consciousness is a total body workout, focusing on the areas we all struggle with the most: glutes, hips, thighs, arms, abdominals and surrounding muscles. It helps you become toned in less time by exercising the deeper muscles through sustained, repeated, tiny and precise contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time. Exercising the deeper muscles also leads to improved posture and core strength, which will make you look younger, thinner and more healthy.
