This volleyball program is for people with disabilities. The program will have skill development activities and games that will allow them to have fun with game of volleyball.

The Pickleball craze continues! You might have heard about the hottest new game or even played. If you would like to learn the game or improve your Pickleball skills, come to a clinic series. Review rules, strokes and strategies. 2 week series. All Sessions are Tuesday 10:30a-11:30a

Krav Multi Pass can be used for any 5 Krav Maga or Krav Maga Prep classes. Krav Maga is a self defense system developed in Israel consisting of a wide variety of combination of techniques for realistic situations. Used by the Israel Defense Teams, you will gain fitness, confidence as well as defensive skills. Classes Monday, and Wednesday, Krav Maga Prep 6-7pm and Krav Maga 7-8pm.
Krav Maga is an Israel Defense Force combat training system. This class is designed for those with physical concerns, new or returning to exercise. Intensity is lower with focus more on instruction and applicatioin techniques and conditioning. Classes Monday, Wednesday, 6p-7p

Join in the fun with our 5k road race. Run starts on Edgewwod Ave going on to the scenic canal winding over and back to Meridian Park, finishing at the JCC. First 200 runners receive long sleeve t-shirt! Race starts 9:30am

Instruction for beginners and intermediate level players. Lessons are 45 minutes long and will focus on fundamentals of pickelball, including serve, volley, short game, and strategies skills in a comfortable and positive environment. All equipment provided.
