Register for Programs
- By mail- download the registration form and mail it to:

- By phone at (585) 461.2000. Contact the department offering the class. Be prepared with all registration information (class name, registrant's name) plus credit card and JCC membership number.
- Walk-in and register at the main desk or use the computer located at the main desk until classes begin. After that time you must register in the department offering the class.

Class Refund Policy
There will be a processing fee of 10%, of the class fee, with a minimum of $10, for all registrations cancelled by the participant prior to the first day of class. After the first class meeting, a 10% administrative fee plus a prorated fee for the class will be retained by the JCC, with the balance refunded for cancellations by the participant. There will be no refund given beyond that point.
If a registrant withdraws due to medical reasons, a 10% administrative charge plus a prorated fee for the class will be retained by the JCC, with the balance refunded. For refunds, contact the department offering the class.
