Mind's Eye - A Meditation Workshop

Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits often come quickly. Your certified Yoga instructor will guide you through mindful exercises, creating a path toward greater equanimity, acceptance and joy. Take a deep breath, and get ready to relax.

Participants: Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Yoga mats will be provided for those who do not have their own.
