Swim Lessons

Our certified instructors and group lessons serve swimmers of all ages, starting as early as 10 months, and build the foundation they need to feel comfortable and confident in the water. We also offer semi-private and private swim lessons for more individualized attention as you build strength and stamina.

Parents and children are introduced to the water and become comfortable through water games, songs, floating and fundamental safety and aquatic skills for parents. Aimed at children who are not yet able to respond to verbal cues or jump on land.

Level 6: Stoke Mechanics: In this level students are able to complete 50 yards of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. In this class students will refine stroke technique and learn about competitive swimming.
