Swim Lessons

Our certified instructors and group lessons serve swimmers of all ages, starting as early as 10 months, and build the foundation they need to feel comfortable and confident in the water. We also offer semi-private and private swim lessons for more individualized attention as you build strength and stamina.

Tiny Tots & Parents 1

This class is designed for students 8 months - 2 years old who are not yet able to respond to verbal cues and jump on land. Parents and children are introduced to the water and become comfortable through water games, songs, floating and fundamental safety and aquatic skills for parents.

This class is designed for students 2 years - 4 years old who are not comfortable being in the water without a parent, and can respond to verbal cues and jump on land. Parents and children explore body positions, floating, blowing bubbles and fundamental safety and aquatic skills.

A pre-competitive swim program for advanced swimmers looking to increase their endurance and improve in the four competitive swim strokes. In the two weekly practices, stroke mechanics, flip turns, and starts will be the focus. In this group, the use of a pace clock and following practice sets will be introduced.
