Swim Lessons

Our certified instructors and group lessons serve swimmers of all ages, starting as early as 10 months, and build the foundation they need to feel comfortable and confident in the water. We also offer semi-private and private swim lessons for more individualized attention as you build strength and stamina.

This class is designed for students 8 months - 2 years old who are not yet able to respond to verbal cues and jump on land. Parents and children are introduced to the water and become comfortable through water games, songs, floating and fundamental safety and aquatic skills for parents.

Level 4: Introduction to Stroke: In this level students should be able to float independently as well as swim 15 yards freestyle. In this class students will develop stroke technique in freestyle and backstroke as well as introduction to breaststroke,butterfly kick and dive progression.

Level 5: Development of Stroke:In this level students are able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke as well as dive independently. In this class students work on stroke technique and learn all competitive strokes.

Level 6: Stoke Mechanics: In this level students are able to complete 50 yards of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. In this class students will refine stroke technique and learn about competitive swimming.
