Camp Adventures + Friends Await!

School's done – it's time for fun!

At the JCC we believe camp must be boundless freedom from the everyday where kids can safely explore new experiences, stoke a sense of adventure and make life-lasting friendships.

Camp Seneca Lake is a premier Jewish overnight camp, located in the gorgeous Finger Lakes and Summer Days at the J is a classic day camp. See below for more details for both camps.

Spend your summer days with us!

Grades K–8

Located on our main campus, we welcome all campers into a safe community of respect and inclusion where each child is encouraged to shine.

The days will be filled with arts + crafts, adventures, nature, drama, athletics, music, swimming, and playground time.

Classic Day Camp

Grades K–6
One-week sessions July and August

All enrolled campers will swim daily in the family pool and participate in enrichment activities such as: music, drama games, arts + crafts, athletics, nature, adventure, and Judaics. Fridays we’ll continue the tradition of welcoming Shabbat with songs, blessings, challah, and juice. This year we’ll expand the richness of Shabbat with a full day of Jewish-themed programming.

Bridge to Camp Seneca Lake

Grades 4–6
Single, Two-week session

A camp experience designed to comfortably bridge the leap from day camp to overnight camp.

One week of activities and preparation at the JCC together, followed by a week overnight at Camp Seneca Lake. This is the ultimate combination of summer camp, bringing the best experience you can imagine! Learn more about CSL.

Leadership in Training (LIT)

Grade 7 & 8
Two-week sessions July and August

Our LIT unit offers a summer-long development track facilitated by a qualified youth engagement professional. LITs will explore individual strengths and goals, develop skills in leadership, job shadowing, working with young campers, creativity and program planning and have a great time working together on special projects throughout the summer sessions.

2024 KidStage Summer Theater

Join us for a one-of-a-kind theatre experience and a hefty dose of fun in the sun! No prior acting experience needed.

Our flexible program allows campers to be with us for any portion of the month for a seamless fit into your summer plans! Plus…daily swimming in our indoor heated pool, rain or shine!
