Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 1: 8-week workshop

Tuesdays and Thursdays May 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31 and June 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 10 – 10:45 am: Auditorium B

Tai Chi combines gentle, fluid movements with deep breathing, increases strength and balance, reduces stiffness, and increase range of motion. Improves mind, body and spirit as well as reducing stress and increase relaxation.  Movement remains slow, gentle, with emphasis on breathing, posture, gentle resistance, and loose joints. Improves mind, body and spirit as well as reducing stress and increase relaxation. Register at the front desk or here. Limit 20
