This 4 session introductory course will get you comfortable with the basics of Qigong.  Regular practice of Qigong can reduce stress and improve health and vitality for a wide range of age groups..  Water Method Qigong has been practiced for centuries to promote healing, well being and immune system functioning. Over time, Qigong practice can clear and sharpen the mind and promote physical and emotional balance.
