Lifespan – Aging Mastery
This evidence-based 10-week program was developed by the National Council on Aging. There is no charge for this program.
Over the ten weeks, we will cover the following health-related topics; the gift of longevity/gratitude, exercise, healthy eating, sleep financial fitness, medication management, advance planning, fall prevention and more.
No classes held Sept. 9 or 16.
