Lifespan: Tai Chi

Tai Chi for Arthritis: Join us for this 8 week workshop, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-10:45am, beginning January 4th and ending February 24th. Tai Chi combines gentle, fluid movements with deep breathing, increases strength and balance, reduces stiffness and increases range of motion.
