Everyone is welcome — just bring:
-
A plant-based dish and/or whole food (fruit, vegetables, beans/legumes, nuts, seeds, whole-grains) to share (serves 6–8+)
-
A list of ingredients or a copy of the recipe to share with others
-
Utensils provided
-
Come hungry, curious, and ready to connect with others passionate about healthy, delicious food!
Did you know consuming beans, legumes, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains can help you live longer and have improved quality of life, all from plants! Evidence based research shows plants help aid in brain health, energy level, weight loss, GI issues, improved immunity, enhance sleep and the list goes on and on. Variety is key and new research shows we should be aiming for 30 different types of plants each week. See Nurse Trudy with any questions or need ideas on what to bring.
