Teen & Tween Power Squad
This program will help your tween/teen develop self-confidence and self-awareness in a safe community of like-minded young individuals who are passionate about their health and fitness. Not only will they learn how to how to work cardio/weight machines and participate in Group Fitness classes, they will also develop a better understanding of who they are in a gym setting and as an individual. At the end of this program, they will be able to successfully and safely execute a complete workout, all while developing healthy habits. This program will consist of four major fitness components: Cardiovascular endurance, Circuit Strength Training, Bodyweight Training, and Mind Body/Wellness.
When: 6 week program, Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 – 4:45pm, beginning 10/4.
Cost: Members: $200/Session, Non-Members: $300/session
Locations: Dance Studio, UGX Studio, and Fitness Center
