Sports Performance Academy – Youth Athletic Development Level 1

Ages 9-12

Athletes will be taught the Five Primary Movements (squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and rotational) that are the focus of the movement-training phase in a group setting. Emphasis will also be placed on helping athletes develop their Sporting Performance (speed, agility, reaction time, and quickness) and reducing the risk of Injury.

When: 6 week program, Mondays from 4-5pm beginning 10/4.

Cost:  Members: $60/session Non-Members: $90/session
