
Tweens & Teens Power Squad
This 8-week program will help your tween/teen develop self-confidence and self-awareness in a safe community of likeminded young individuals who are passionate about their health and fitness. Not only will they learn how to how to work cardio/weights, they will also develop a better understanding of who they are in a gym setting and as an individual. At the end of this program, they will be able to successfully and safely execute a complete workout, all while developing healthy habits. This program will consist of three major fitness components: Cardiovascular endurance, Circuit Strength Training and Bodyweight Training.
