Presented by John Finn, LMHC | Rochester Regional Health
We all put things off from time to time — but when procrastination becomes a habit, it can create a frustrating cycle that feels impossible to break. Whether it’s delaying tasks, avoiding responsibilities, or struggling to start important projects, procrastination can hold us back from reaching our goals and maintaining our mental well-being.
Join us for this Wellness Wednesday session with John Finn, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Rochester Regional Health, who specializes in mental health and psychotherapy. John will explore the psychology behind procrastination, why we fall into the trap, and how it can become a deeply ingrained habit.
Most importantly, he’ll share a variety of practical, easy-to-implement strategies to help you overcome the mental blocks and behavioral patterns that keep you stuck. You’ll walk away with actionable tools to break the cycle, manage your time more effectively, and boost your productivity — starting now, not later
We’d love to hear from you! Send your comments, suggestions, and questions to RRHWellness@RochesterRegional.org
