On Wednesday, June 29th at 12:15-1PM both in Erdle Lounge at the JCC or via zoom, please join Wellness Wednesday to meet the new Nurse Navigator for the RRH/JCC partnership. Trudy Arsenault is passionate about lifestyle medicine and can’t wait for this opportunity to share what she has learned. Trudy will be on-site at the JCC providing navigation, health screenings/education, and doing what she can to help each of you on your own health journey.
