
Youth Athletic Development
Ages 8-12
This 8-week 1 hour program, will help your budding young athlete improve every aspect of their athletic performance. The training will work to develop muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, agility, speed and flexibility. The last 10 minutes of each class will be dedicated to fun group sports and games of the participants choosing. Class limited to 8 participants.
When: Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30pm, beginning 11/1/22 Ends 12/20/22
Cost: Members: $90, Non-Members $115
