MAKE IT COUNT 2020 MOVEMENT CHALLENGE

Don't just make wellness a New Year's motivation, improve your overall well-being by staving active! We challenge you to participate in as many classes and programs as you can in January and February and you'll be rewarded! Get points when you attend group fitness classes, training sessions, or work out on your own at the JCC.
We will track your progress on our "We're Making It Count" wall in the Champion Fitness Hallway (Upstairs) where your name and points will be visible. Pre-register to have your name added to the wall.
Find your name and see how many points you accumulate each week to make moving your body count! All members will receive a prize for participation and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be rewarded on March 1.

Fitness Bingo

A fun, interactive fitness game! The instructor will all out exercises listed on their bingo sheets and participants who have that exercise listed will perform the exercise and mark their cards. First participant to achieve a "J" pattern is declared the fitness bingo Winner and will receive a price.
