Running Groups
Saturdays, 9am

Donut Dash Prep
Sunday, May 15
Walk, jog or run 1 mile on our trails, enjoy a donut and play activities or head to the playground. This is a family activity, not a drop-off activity. Leashed pups are welcome!
Registration required. This event is for members of all ages.

Individual Run Prep
Begins 3/26/22
Be race-ready with a program designed just for you. Includes six personal training sessions and three one-hour specialty consultations on nutrition, range of motion, and cardiovascular training. We’ll have weekly runs on the canal and follow-ups for additional support.

Teen + Tween Run Prep
This 8-wk club/Lilac Run prep class includes calisthenics, dynamic warm-ups and running. Set and achieve personal goals for the various Lilac Run events including the 1-mile Donut Dash, 5k and 10k.
Spaces are limited.

Health + Wellness Experience
