LIFT YOUR MOOD AND YOUR LIFE

FOR A 10-WEEK PROGRAM
Each weekly virtual one-hour class will include watching a fun and enlightening video and participating in a moderated group conversation about practicing habits that lead to increased happiness. 

The program includes online content (videos, workbook and other materials) that can be accessed at your convenience so if you have a scheduling conflict, you'll still be able to participate.

Led by Dr. Kerry Graff, the lead lifestyle physician at Rochester Regional Health, these practices are grounded in neuroscience, lifestyle medicine and positive psychology.

Classes start Tuesday, January 26 at 7pm

Program cost: $100 (or less than two fancy coffee drinks a week)
