Have you ever felt like time with your kids was slipping away, shrouded in busyness and distraction? Join us for this workshop to learn how practicing mindfulness can help us connect with our kids more deeply and savor every moment. We will learn practices that cultivate our present-moment awareness, clear our mind, and sharpened our focus. Best of all, these practices can be incorporated into our busy parenting lives!
