Fit Happens - Summer Group X Challenge

'FIT HAPPENS' at the JCC!!! - Summer Group X Challenge 2018

Earn a sizzling summer challenge t-shirt by collecting a total of 30 stickers in any Group X class from July 1- August 31. Put your sticker on the board by your name and watch them add up!! Be ready for surprise 'double sticker' classes. You must register by June 22 to play.

Adult Ballet Classes

Increase your strength and flexibility through dance in a casual and fun atmosphere. 90 minute ballet class includes barre and center work including jumping and traveling combinations. Open to all levels, Members and Non-Members. Previous ballet/dance experience is helpful, but not required. Suitable for everyone 13 and up

Meal Plan Takedown

Are you eating the right foods for your workouts? Adrienne Markus, Certified Health Coach, can help! It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!!!

1 - Regoster then collect a food diary from the front desk between June 25 and July 2. Write down everything you eat for one full week.

2 - Make a 30 minute appointment any time between July 2-13 with Adrienne to go over your food diary and receive a personal food analysis.

3 - Make the recommended changes and see the results you are looking for!
