The last Weight Watchers session lost a total of 137lbs!!!! Three participants got to their healthy weight. One is now a Lifetime Member and two are just a few weeks away from it.

Developing your Self-Sensory System - September & October

With Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Sound Current

Yogi Bhajan: “We have to see with the Third Eye, the eagle eye. And that’s our sensory system.”

The self-sensory system gives you the ability to know the unknown and act on your inner guidance. You develop a timeless sense so you can know the unknown ahead of time. That is the faculty of the shushmana – the channel through which the awakened kundalini travels. You will learn Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and meditations that will open you to this higher self-awareness giving you a greater connection with your truth and enhancing your relationships with others.

Adult Ballet Classes - September & October

Increase your strength and flexibility through dance in a casual and fun atmosphere. 90 minute ballet class includes barre and center work including jumping and traveling combinations. Open to all levels, Members and Non-Members. Previous ballet/dance experience is helpful, but not required. No refunds for missed classes.
