Start 2019 off with a bang! The new LEVEL UP: Small Group Personal Training offers flexible small group training options at the fraction of the cost of one on one personal training.  From Kickboxing to Bootcamp to Hot Yoga to Jump Rope, you're sure to find several groups that will push you to your max and inspire you to "Level Up!" 

Members: $80/mo for Unlimited Classes 
Non-Members: $120/mo for Unlimited Classes 

Drop in classes available $15/class

Adult Ballet Classes

90 minute ballet class includes barre and center work including jumping and traveling combinations. Increase your strength and flexibility through dance in a casual and fun atmosphere. Open to all levels, Members and Non-Members. Previous ballet/dance experience is suggested. Ages 14+, adults, seniors, etc.

This is an ongoing class. Join us any time. Pay for a single class or save with 5 to 10 Class Card Options.

No class on December 24 or December 31.

Attend the JCC's Master Squat Class! This class is led by the JCC's own Mike Gannon & Jim Nonnemacher who will discuss and demo how to shatter that brick wall.  The Master Class is 3 hours of hands on squat work where you'll be able to experiment with techniques that will get you passed any present or future plateaus.  Some of the techniques that will be covered are:  - Super Squats- Mike Gannon's 10x10 Squat Program - Eccentric Squats - Pause Squats- Banded Squats- Smolov Squat Program

Cycle for Hope

A 3-hour spinning marathon throughout Rochester that anyone can participate in, whether you're an avid cyclist or a beginner. Sign up for 1, 2, or 3 hours of Cycling at the JCC, all for a good cause. All proceeds benefit The Golisano Children's Hospital and Camp Good Days and Special Times.
