The new LEVEL UP: Small Group Personal Training offers ongoing flexible small group training options at the fraction of the cost of one on one personal training.  From Kickboxing to Bootcamp to High intensity AB-IO (Abs & Cardio) to Injury Prevention and Specific Strengthening, Aqua & Land, you're sure to find several groups that will push you to your max and inspire you to "Level Up!" 

Members: $80/mo for Unlimited Classes 
Non-Members: $120/mo for Unlimited Classes

Adult Ballet Classes

90 minute ballet class includes barre and center work including jumping and traveling combinations. Increase your strength and flexibility through dance in a casual and fun atmosphere. Open to all levels, Members and Non-Members. Previous ballet/dance experience is suggested. Ages 14+, adults, seniors, etc.

This is an ongoing class. Join us any time. Pay for a single class or save with 5 to 10 Class Card Options.

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit –fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach participants through moves and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.
