Social Interest Groups

Adult special interest groups provide a unique opportunity for members to enjoy activities, discussions, workshops and forums that cater to individual and group interests. Develop a special talent or learn more about subjects and places unknown to you. Programs dedicated to creating and maintaining an environment of growth, opportunity and interaction.

International Folk Dance

Improve your brain muscle strength, coordination and stamina with music from every corner of the globe. Line dancing, couples dancing (no partner needed), circle dances and more will be taught by local experts.

Senior Days at the "J"

If you are looking to meet other adults in a casual atmosphere, come to our social group! We follow a calendar of events including: discussions, card games, bingo, movies, sing-a-longs and more. Monthly schedules are available in The Resource Place.

What's Next? A Support Group for Women in Transition

An opportunity for women in their mid-life to come together to discuss the changes occurring in their lives. Topics will include: life after retirement, health changes, shifting roles, downsizing, and more.
