You’ll find a supportive community with enthusiastic instructors. Base-level Group Fitness Classes are part of your membership. Specialty Fitness Classes like Pilates Reformer are offered at a monthly cost of $30/mo.

Class Descriptions

Specialty Fitness Classes require registration and that your membership includes this add-on.

Aqua Aerobics Moderate intensity: This class will help provide muscle strength and flexibility while simultaneously working on your cardiovascular system. Specialty class – reservation required.

Aqua Body Strong – Water Fitness Board Moderate Intensity: Come lay, sit, kneel or stand up in this Pilates based stand-up paddle board class! Your balance on the board will activate core strength, stability and fire up your major muscle groups. Specialty class – reservation required.

Aqua Cardio & Strength Low to moderate intensity:  This uniquely blended Aqua class will give you strength training, agility, cardio, and deep gentle stretching all in one. Specialty class – reservation required.

Aqua Zumba Moderate intensity: Latin beats follow exercisers into the pool in this unique blend of water aerobics and dance. Specialty class – reservation required.

HydroRider Moderate intensity: Spin your wheels in the water in this unique indoor cycling class in the pool. Class will be held in the Family Pool. *Aqua shoes required. If you are new to the class, please arrive 5-10 minutes early for bike set up. Specialty class – reservation required.

Active Agers Body Conditioning Low to moderate intensity: This class is geared towards moderately active older adults who regularly exercise 1-2 days per week.  This class is designed to increase muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance while working on flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, and coordination. Various equipment will be utilized.  A chair is provided for modifications. 

Advanced Pilates Moderate intensity: At least 10 Beginner classes are recommended before taking this class. This class builds on the fundamentals learned in the beginner class and includes more exercises that build on what you have learned. This class includes more choreography, and you will learn more challenging intermediate exercises.Specialty class – reservation required.

Alignment Yoga Low intensity: Open to students at any level as modifications and props are used to adjust and adapt poses for all body types and skill levels. Working through the class poses are held a bit longer while working towards proper alignment.

Beat Based Cycling Moderate to high intensity: This upbeat and intense class will take you through guided cycling drills, all while being driven by the beat of the music.  Learn how to control speed, resistance, and use of power to develop your cardio strength! 

Beginner Pilates Low intensity: Joseph Pilates famously said, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel different, in 20 sessions you’ll notice a difference, in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.” In the Beginner class, you will learn the basic fundamentals of Pilates. You will learn to breathe, engage the core, and move your body from there. We recommend at least 10 classes before moving on to an intermediate or mixed-level class.

BodyPump Moderate to high intensity: The original barbell and weight class.  Squat, press, curl, and lift your way to a new you.  This class will change the way you look and feel, and will improve your physical ability.   Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to set up. Specialty class – reservation required.

Cardio Fit Low to moderate intensity: An aerobics class designed to fit high or low impact needs. Choose your intensity level and train and improve your cardiovascular system. Suitable for all.

Cardio Pilates  Moderate to high intensity: This unique class is a fun mix of kicking, punching, and weightlifting. Ending with a Pilates floor routine leaving you feeling longer and stronger. All are welcome. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, have fun, challenge yourself. Specialty class – reservation required.

Core & More Low to moderate intensity: Work muscles mainly responsible for the core and include upper and lower body muscles, with an extended flexibility/stretching segment. Suitable for all.

Cycle & Sculpt this is a cardio/strength fusion class that begins with 45 minutes of cycling and concludes with 15 minutes of strength training using body weight and resistance bands exercises. Great for all levels. Specialty class – reservation required.

Gentle Yoga Low intensity: Experience deep relaxation and pain free movement using basic yoga postures to build strength and flexibility. This class moves at a slower pace to encourage gentle stretching and the use of props for support. Suitable for all.

Guided Stretching Low intensity: This full body stretching class will take you through movements focused primarily on tighter muscles.  Foam rollers, and other various props will be utilized.  Suitable for all.

Hatha Yoga Low intensity: This class is an all-levels practice incorporating breath, body, and mind. The practice includes attention to foundational and alignment principles with poses that offer an engaging yet mindful full-body challenge, all with a sense of playfulness and creativity. There will be dedicated time for stillness, reflection, and meditation. Progressions and modifications will be shown.

HIIT High intensity: High Intensity Interval training incorporates short periods of intense anaerobic exercises, followed by short periods of recovery, delivering maximum results in less time. Various equipment will be utilized, Modifications will be shown.

Intermediate Pilates Low to moderate intensity: A system of physical conditioning exercises involving low-impact moves and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso. Specialty class – reservation required.

LIT Low to moderate intensity: This Low Impact Circuit Training class will give you a full body strength workout, in an invigorating, circuit style class.  You will use a variety of equipment such as a rower, TRX straps, dumbbells, battle ropes, resistance bands, a step, and more! Specialty class – reservation required. 

NIA Dance Low intensity: An inspired barefoot dance-workout for body and soul. Danced to original world music, the class uses simple steps and expressing free-dance to create a fun and uplifting workout. Ideal for all fitness levels.

Pilates Reformer Low to moderate intensity: These classes will provide a basic overview of the Pilates Reformer Machine.  Reformer is a system of physical conditioning that will help improve balance and flexibility with an emphasis on core strength.  Group Sessions on Reformer may include the addition of Stability Chair, Jump board, and various equipment.  After trying a few classes, we encourage members to look into a Personalized Wellness package with our Reformer instructors for a more in depth and individualized training. Specialty class – reservation required.

Power Core Flow Yoga Moderate intensity: This class focuses on deep core and upper body work. It will also bring you to a deeper experience, increasing flexibility, strength and mental clarity through a challenging and mindful yoga practice.

Qigong Low intensity: Want to feel calmer and have more energy? Qigong is a traditional exercise that is known to improve health, increase vitality and lower stress. Water Method Qigong participants stay within 70% of their range of motion, which relaxes the nerves and fascia and promotes healing in a unique way. Over time, Qigong practice can clear and sharpen the mind and promote physical and emotional balance. This class is ideal for any and all fitness levels. Specialty class – reservation required.
 

SilverSneakers Classic Low intensity: A variety of exercises designed for the senior adult–increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Use hand weights, resistance bands, and a ball. The class remains seated for the majority of the class. 

SilverSneakers Yoga Low Intensity: Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. 

Silver&Fit Experience Low to moderate intensity: For moderately active older adults who regularly exercise 1–2 days per week. This class is designed to increase and challenge flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class is done standing. 

TRX Sculpt & Stretch Moderate intensity: This class is a TRX suspension workout using body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Class will end with guided stretching.  Modifications will be shown. 

UpBeat Barre Moderate intensity: This workout is a muscular endurance based workout that combines strength training, ballet, yoga, and pilates with popular music to create an UPBEAT, fun, and balanced workout with varying levels of intensity. Designed to include everyone, UpBeat puts the FUN in FUNctional movement by utilizing a full range of motion mixed with small muscle movements.

Vinyasa Yoga Low to moderate intensity: A class that challenges both beginners and advanced students alike, with a thoughtful arrangement of poses. This class offers proper modifications for beginners and options for advanced students. A great way to experience the mind/body connection. Suitable for all levels. Specialty class – reservation required.

WerQ Moderate to High intensity: A wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. Suitable for everyone!

Zumba Moderate to high intensity: Dance your way through a good sweat! Infused with Latin, hip hop and international influences, you won’t even know that you are exercising. Feel the music and let it move you. Ven a bailar con nosotros! Specialty class – reservation required.

FAQs

We offer 15+ class formats free with your membership, they are first-come, first-served. Specialty classes are highlighted on the schedule and require registration. Registration opens 7 days prior. All classes are available to those with the add-on. 

Class capacities are determined by appropriate physical distancing, equipment used, available space, and member safety.

We do not offer a pay-per-class option.
