From First Experiences to Kindergarten Readiness
At the Center, we guide children toward the next step in their development — whether they are away from home for the first time, preparing to take their first steps, or becoming more autonomous. Every classroom is safe and nurturing, and teachers are involved with your child every moment of the day — interacting, guiding, observing, and assessing.
Infants: 2 – 18 months
Little ones are busy walking, climbing, and exploring during days full of smiles, cuddles, and encouragement from our nurturing staff. As children progress, we encourage experimentation with the new skills they are developing. Stimulating classrooms are designed to nurture their social, intellectual, and emotional growth.
Adult-to-Child Ratio: 1 adult for every 4 children
Minimum Schedule: 5 full days per week
General Daily Schedule: Our attentive professionals accommodate each child’s individual needs and schedule. Throughout the day, infants learn beginning social skills and educational concepts. Singing, dancing, art, stories, outdoor play, and sensory experiences make this a truly wonderful beginning school experience.
Toddlers: 18 – 36 months
Children learn about themselves, their feelings, and others as they participate in age-appropriate group activities. Beginning self-help skills such as toilet-training, caring for personal belongings, washing hands, and eating with utensils are among the skills your child will develop during this year. Our staff provides the balance between a toddler’s need for security and their growing desire for independence.
