When Being Bad is Good

Suspense novels, or even some romance novels, deserve a really well-written bad guy! In this workshop, author Frances Tepper will give you tips on how to create a truly memorable villain including how to slowly introduce the character for maximum impact and where to find inspiration for your creation. She’ll use excerpts from her book, After the Enchantment, to illustrate and then give you a chance to write your own villainous story. Bring paper and pencil and a good imagination to the presentation and try your skill at writing a character the reader will love to hate!
