Assistant Director - CSL Camper Experience
This is a full-time, year-round position. Summers are spent at camp in Penn Yan, NY, and private living quarters are provided.
During the summer, this role directly manages the Unit Heads and SIT Team and works closely with the CSL Executive Director, Assistant Director of Programming & Logistics, and Family Experience Manager to run the day-to-day functions of camp. This role also manages the Camper Care Director during the summer.
- During the off-season, this role leads staff recruitment and hiring, staff orientation planning, and staff culture initiatives to set up a successful camp season. This role also partners closely with the Family Experience Manager on post-enrollment family communications, and with the Camper Care Director and Health Center Director on camper physical and emotional wellbeing needs. This role does not own camper recruitment, but takes over the management of each camper’s experience once they are enrolled, overseeing bunking, behavioral and culture concerns, special needs, special diet coordination, etc.
Director, Wolk Children's Center
The Wolk Children’s Center is a vibrant community where children are encouraged to explore, build relationships, develop confidence, and grow into who they are. We are looking for a Director who brings warmth, energy, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of children to this work.
The Director serves as the primary leader of the Wolk Children’s Center and is responsible for the overall quality and performance of a comprehensive childcare program serving children from infancy through school age. This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who enjoys being present in classrooms, connecting with families, developing staff, and creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, challenged, and excited to be here.
With a licensed capacity of 286 children, the Director must also be a strong organizational leader who can successfully manage a large team and complex daily operation. The Director is accountable for program quality, staff leadership, family experience, licensing and compliance, enrollment, financial performance, and the overall operation of the Center.

Assistant Teacher (J-Cation)
The J-Cation Assistant Teacher helps create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children during school closure days throughout the school year. J-Cation is a school-break program similar to a summer camp, offering children opportunities to participate in games, sports, creative arts, swimming, special programs, and other recreational activities.
The Assistant Teacher works as part of the J-Cation team to supervise children, lead activities, support daily programming, and help ensure that every child has a positive and enjoyable experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, creating engaging activities, and being part of an energetic team.
Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility systems, grounds, and buildings. This role supports electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of building structures and equipment.
- Monitor and support of electrical and plumbing as well as mechanical systems related to the swimming pools
- Grounds-keeping, grounds maintenance and snow removal (mowing, weeding, weed-whacking, brush removal, snow blower, snow shoveling, etc.)
- Monitor and properly maintain building structural items
- Timely and accurately conduct equipment checks (e.g. carbon monoxide, fire extinguishers, etc.) and building/equipment inspections (e.g., boilers, backflow, fire suppression, etc.)
- Participate in the “on call” rotation schedule for repairs and snow removal
- Open and close the building on a rotating schedule
