We offer a variety of Silver classes to keep you flexible and balanced.

Strength Conditioning

3 circuits, TRX, 4 power racks, turf run-off, Olympic platform with bumper plates and dumbbells up to 120 lbs.

Get Oriented

Your membership includes:

Introduction/Returning to Physical Activity Orientation: 

A one-hour orientation led by one of our certified personal trainers. Orientation includes being taught how to correctly use the Precor strength training machine circuit, which is made up of 10 different pieces of equipment. In addition, you will also be taught how to use any of our available cardio equipment, what makes up an effective warm-up and cool-down, and some flexibility exercises.


Already Active Fitness Orientation: 

Learn about some equipment that you may not be familiar with in a one-hour orientation led by one of our certified personal trainers. This hour includes being taught how to use the equipment on the lower level of the fitness center. Incudes our 20-piece hoist circuit, the 10 Precor and Nautilus plate-loaded machines, our strength and free weight equipment, and the HITT manual cardio options.
