Season
is here!

Dot Dot Dot

January 27–28, 2024

Written by Keelay Gipson and Sam Salmond
Based on the books The Dot, Ish and Sky Color
by Peter H. Reynolds

DOT DOT DOT: A New Musical is an exciting new show based on the Creatrilogy trio of award-winning picture books by New York Times bestselling author Peter H. Reynolds: The Dot, Ish and Sky Color. The musical, like the series, celebrates the power of originality, self-expression, and opening our eyes to look beyond the expected. When young artist Marisol (Sky Color) decides that her gallery requires more than her own art, her search for emerging talent leads her to Vashti (The Dot), whose dots inspire Ramon (Ish) to become an artist in his own right. The musical follows Marisol’s journey to help her new friends and her entire community break free from self-criticism and learn to let their imaginations soar. Ages 5+

The Perfect Dog

March 9–17, 2024

Music and Lyrics by David Abbinanti
Book by Jill Abbinanti-Burke
Inspired by the book The Perfect Dog by John O’Hurley

Sam, a twelve-year-old perfectionist, is searching for a flawless dog to enter in the town’s dog contest. Unable to find a canine that measures up, Sam must resort to training the family dog Max, who is more interested in chasing balls than obeying commands. In the end, Sam and Max learn that there is no such thing as perfect, but there is such a thing as being perfect for each other. Humans of all ages will love this hilarious and heartwarming musical about perfectionism, friendship and acceptance of others. Ages 4+
