International Folk Dance

Adult Ballet: Low Impact

Thursdays 5:30–7pm; UGX StudioThis class is designed for adults who have had some prior ballet experience, whether recent or long ago. Class consists of a full barre, one-hour long, with low-impact center combinations including tendus, adagio, turns, waltz steps, chasses, etc. – less punishing on the joints than a traditional ballet class. We give lots of instruction and demonstration and make it easy to follow along. Come work hard and have fun in a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere.
