School's done – it's time for fun!
At the JCC we believe camp must be boundless freedom from the everyday where kids can safely explore new experiences, stoke a sense of adventure and make life-lasting friendships.
Camp Seneca Lake is a premier Jewish overnight camp, located in the gorgeous Finger Lakes and Summer Day at the J is a classic day camp. See below for more details for both camps.

Spend your summer days with us!
Grades K-10
Located on our main campus, we welcome all campers into a safe community of respect and inclusion where each child is encouraged to shine.
The days will be filled with arts + crafts, low ropes adventures, drama, nature + hiking, athletics, music, swimming, and playground time.


Summer Days at the J
With acres to explore, multiple pools and a huge gymnasium, fun is always close at hand.


Summer 2023
June 26-August 25
Classic day camp for grades K-6, 9am-3pm with before + after care available. Register for the entire summer or by the week.

LIT + CIT Program
July 10-August 18
Leadership and counselor in training program for grades 7-10. Three sessions available.
LITs: Grades 7, 8 and 9
Participants will split their days between classic camp programs and leadership skill activities.
CITs: Grades 10*
An extension of our LIT program, older teens will be growing their skills working with children and creating programs. CIT participants will spend more time out in the camper groups enhancing the skills needed to be future camp staff.
*Grade 9, 2022 LIT campers are eligible.


KidStage Summer Theater
A fabulous month of theatre for kids entering 3rd to 6th grade!
July 31 – August 4
A week chock full of the best improvisational theatre games and exercises on the planet for 100% pure fun!
August 7 – 18 (two-week session)
We’ll rehearse and perform the hilarious play Superheroes Unite! for friends and family on August 17 and an encore show during camp on August 18.
August 21 – 25
Campers cooperate to brainstorm clever ideas as we write and perform our own original play!
Meet Alyssa Blodgett
Alyssa leads our program this summer, sharing her 20 years of acting experience. A California actor with dual degrees in both Music and in Theatre, you might recognize her from her stint on Brooklyn 99 – and our school-age program!

On the Shores of Seneca Lake
Camp Seneca Lake has provided children entering grades 3–12 with over 95 summers of fun, friends and cherished memories. Over 200 acres, situated in the beautiful Finger Lakes, provide the ideal backdrop for camp. Campers participate in a variety of activities, including a high and low ropes course, land sports, hiking, martial arts, nature, drama, arts + crafts, and the waterfront (skiing, sailing, wakeboarding, and more).
