Intermediate Pilates
Low to moderate intensity: A system of physical conditioning exercises involving low-impact moves and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso.
Cardio Step
Moderate to high intensity: Improve your fitness, agility, coordination and strength using a step bench. Can be either high or low impact. All levels are welcome.
Drop-Off Family Room
Ages 0–5 yrs A secure, family-friendly space, to drop your child off. There are plenty of toys, books, and room to play – big windows offer lots of natural light. Registration required.
