Gratitude with Carol Hinkle
Tuesday, November 21 *11 am – 12 pm: Erdle Lounge
Gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.
Toward the end of the class individuals will be given a gratitude jar and asked to write down one thing they are grateful for to put in their jar for them to take home.
