Cardio Pilates

Moderate to high intensity: This unique class is a fun mix of kicking, punching, and weightlifting. Ending with a Pilates floor routine leaving you feeling longer and stronger. All are welcome. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, have fun, challenge yourself from the place you are at now.
