Film Screening – October 8

The Ames Amzalak Rochester Jewish Film Festival invites you to a screening of October 8, generously underwritten by the Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester. Following the screening, there will be a panel discussion brought to you by the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC).

October 8 is a clear-eyed look at the eruption of antisemitism both on and off American college campuses following Hamas’s brutal attack on Israel on October 7. The film features prominent voices like Debra Messing, US Rep. Ritchie Torres, Noa Tishby, Mosab Yousef, and Jewish student leaders.
