JFAMILY Parents Circle: A Cohort Based Program for Parents Raising Jewish Children
Are you seeking connections with other families raising Jewish children? Are you curious how “to do” Jewish as a family? Do you have questions about Judaism and are eager to learn more in a safe and welcoming environment? Join the inaugural cohort of JFAMILY Parents Circle to learn, ask questions and grow among like-minded peers.
JFAMILY Parents Circle is a cohort-based program that aims to build community among parents who are raising young Jewish children, enrich participant’s Jewish knowledge by exploring ancient and modern sources, and help parents create a Jewish home with intention and meaning.
Utilizing the IYUN curriculum, The Home We Build Together, as the program’s anchor, JFAMILY Parents Circle will meet ten times over the course of 8 months. Each 90-minute session will be facilitated by master teacher, Jacqui Lipschitz, Jewish educator at the Wolk Children’s Center and include eating, learning, socializing and fun. Babysitting will be provided so that parents can have time for themselves.
There is no cost for this program. As a cohort-based experience, consistent participation is expected.
