Wellness Wednesday theme of the month – Physical Activity Week #3

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our RRH Lifestyle Medicine speaker lined up could not make it. Instead of in person speaker this week, we will be streaming a very exciting and insightful documentary in line with our “Physical Activity” themed month.

Please join us for Part 1 of The Game Changers documentary! Have you heard of actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, retired strongest man Patrik Baboumian, American physician, author and former Olympic rower champion Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, or physician and researcher Dr. Dean Ornish? These are just some of the many folks that came together on a quest for scientific evidence-based research regarding meat, protein and strength. In the documentary we will learn about elite athletes, special ops soldiers, and visionary scientists that want to change the way people eat and live for strength, health and vitality on a plant-based diet.
