Tai Chi combines gentle, fluid movements with deep breathing. It increases strength and balance, range of motion, and reduces stiffness. Tai Chi improves mind, body, and spirit and also reduces stress and increases relaxation. Please note this is a 16-session workshop so when you register you will be registered for all 16 classes.
