Low to moderate intensity:Â This class is designed to increase and challenge flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Class is done standing, with a chair.
Low to moderate intensity:Â A system of physical conditioning exercises involving low-impact moves and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso.
Moderate to high intensity: Improve your fitness, agility, coordination and strength using a step bench. Can be either high or low impact. All levels are welcome. Â
