Tuesdays, beginning June 17 – August 5; *12 – 2 pm: Location TBD
This eight-week evidence-based program is designed to reduce the fear of falling, increase physical activity levels, and increase confidence. This class is a combination of gentle group exercise and group discussion. Also covered, the physical, behavioral, and environmental hazards most commonly associated with falls.Registration is required. Limit 15
