Meditate with Marni
Learn a simple meditation technique that helps you relax and refocus. Sometimes called single-point-focus meditation, this technique offers an alternative to mindfulness meditation, is research based, and was designed to reduce the harmful effects of stress. It is a simple, secular technique accessible to all.
